What is your return/exchange policy?

Dominique’s Jewelry wants you to love your new purchase. If however you need to exchange an item we are here to help.
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange only in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 7 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. Please note that items that are personalized with engraving, etching, embossing, and other services may not be returned or exchanged including all custom orders.
 
Repairs & Resizing

  • Pricing for repairs vary depending on style and typically start at $35, plus shipping.
  • Pricing for ring resizing varies depending on style and typically starts at $75. Requested ring resizing and shipping will be at the expense of the customer.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for items repaired by any other jeweler. Any and all warranty of the piece will be considered void if another jeweler has worked on a Dominique’s Jewelry design.
